I had a quick look at your work and it looks like the debian/copyright
file is outdated. In particular, it does not mention the files under
utils/qd/, which seem to be under a modified BSD license. There may be
other problems (including outdated copyright years), but I did not check
for them. Could you please fix this?

There is also the hand-crafted shlibs file created in debian/rules, as
mentionned by kibi. This looks very ugly. Is this hack really necessary?
