Source: pcl
Version: 1.7.2-14
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

I'm afraid there's another FTBFS, this time something to do with libhdf5-openmpi.

As this one seems to be unrelated to #819608, I'm filing new rather than
reopening.
