python-scientific and libvtk5.8 are keeping the old netcdf (1:4.1.3-7.2)
packages in unstable and hindering testing migration of every subsequent
revision.

python-scientific should be removed from the Debian archive until the
fixes are available allowing it to be reintroduced. Keeping
python-scientific in unstable is actively harmful.
