Hi!

We have recently re-added powerpcspe to Debian and I just noted that this
architecture is no longer present in the debian/control.in of mpi-defaults.

Since mpi-defaults is a reverse depndency of boost, it's very important
that mpi-defaults builds on powerpcspe. Could you therefore please
re-add powerpcspe to the list of architecture in debian/control.in?
