Please remove mmtk from unstable.

It's incompatible with NumPy 1.9 like its python-scientific dependency.

There has been no upstream activity since 2013, making it unlikely to gain
compatibility with NumPy 1.9.

mmtk needs to be removed to unblock the removal of python-scientific.

python-scientific is keeping the old netcdf (1:4.1.3-7.2) in unstable
which is causing testing migration problems for every new revising since
the transition in October 2015.
