Bug#833343: gnuplot needs transitional packages for gnuplot5

gnuplot needs transitionals packages for all gnuplot5* packages
in jessie.

Otherwise a user who has only gnuplot5 (and not gnuplot) installed
on jessie will stay at the jessie gnuplot5 package after upgrading
to stretch.
