trilinos install on debian stetch (testing)

Hi folks, it has been a while since I maintained a linux system.  I 
installed debian stetch inside a virtual box because I noticed that 
trilinos was available as a debian package.   But I can't seem to 
install it with apt-get install.  Likely it is something silly like not 
have the correct repo setup.  Any suggestions?
