Bug#835037: Packages FTBFS with new eigen3

Hi Graham,

it looks like the eigen-upstream has a patch already,
but AFAIK it does not solve all problems.

I discussed it with Philipp already and I will apply the
patch as far as it will be ready.

Yes, bug can be reassigned.
