Current scoop began to build fail due to test errors on armhf in
reproducible builds CI:

It builds through with sbuild (local build with qemu-debootstrap arch), thought.

I'll get into this soon.

Note: this is another bug than #802318 (scoop: test break in reproducible builds
CI), this in on an AssertionError (tests_stopwatch.TestStopWatch) which appears
sporadically on new packages (no currently, therefore not got into yet).
