Hi,
During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on
amd64.
Relevant part (hopefully):
> make[1]: Entering directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'
> /usr/lib/yorick/bin/yorick -batch check.i
> Creating data.h5 with data
> ERROR (h5write) Unable to create group
> LINE: 785 FILE: /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/hdf5.i
> yorick: quitting on error in batch mode
> /usr/lib/yorick/Makepkg:159: recipe for target 'check-dll' failed
> make[1]: *** [check-dll] Error 1
> make[1]: Leaving directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'

A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.
