Package: libopencv-dev
Version: 3.1.0+dfsg-1~exp2
Severity: serious

Hi,

Trying to install libopencv-dev from experimental fails:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
    libopencv-dev : Depends: libopencv3.1-java (= 3.1.0+dfsg-1~exp2+b1)
but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

The problem is that all binary packages in experimental are version
3.1.0+dfsg-1~exp2+b1 except libopencv3.1-java which is
3.1.0+dfsg-1~exp2. As libopencv depends on the latter, it fails as its
version number is older.

Cheers,
Simon
