Bug#849616: python-spyderlib-doc: description references nonexistent package

Source: spyder
Version: 3.0.2+dfsg1-2
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

The description of ‘python-spyderlib-doc’ references the package name
‘python-spyder-doc’.

That package does not exist; the transition is actually to the
‘spyder-doc’ package.

Please update the package description to match the correct transition.
