Bug#813997: Too old a version to compile many examples

Unfortunately this version is too old to implement the 'synth_ice40' command needed to use with the
Lattice icestick and many online tutorials (eg. https://github.com/Obijuan/open-fpga-verilog-tutorial or
the authors instructions on http://www.clifford.at/icestorm/).
