Hi Thorsten,

Thanks for spotting this. Indeed there were some Sphinx code in the
docs which were BSD licensed. This is now rectified.

Looking back on the packaging, I have realised that it was not
completely finalised feature-wise, specifically the support for HDF5
and CBLAS. Work is on-going to get that done.

I'll confirm the build on debomatic first, and then ask Andreas to
re-submit.

My apologize for not landing that one perfectly the first time around.
