Hi,

The Replaces should have a matching Breaks, otherwise it is possible to
take over files from $oldpkg by $newpkg, remove $newpkg and dpkg still
thinks $oldpkg is correctly installed, and can satisfy dependencies.

In your case, libvigraimpex6 is co-installable with libvigraimpex5v5 from
stretch, but not with the incorrect libvigraimpex5v5 from sid.
