Hi Martin,

I have nothing against to upload 0.16pre into unstable
and test it with the intend to get a stable and tested
version before Stretch (CCing Yorik and Werner). That
was one of the reasons, why I uploaded even alpha
Eigen-version.

If you could help with preparing 0.16pre for Debian, it
would be fine and git on debian-science is open for
everybody. The same with oce_0.17 (I hope Denis is also
will not be against of it).

For now I have backported a fix for this bug from github.
