Bug#807200: freefem++: diff for NMU version 3.38.1-1.1

Hello Mattia,
Thanks for your interest and your help regarding the maintenance of freefem++. 

I plan to build and upload the new upstream version 3.43 during the next few 
days and I will update  the B-D to GSL-2.
