Bug#805010: ping: VTK 6.3.0 released

Hello Anton, 

in that case I'll prepare an upload for 6.2.1, since this already fixes
the bug, could be uploaded without passing through NEW, and shouldn't
need much work. With this we would at least get this fix into testing
without a vtk-7 transition.   

Since  6.3.0 breaks some things, i.e. legacy code was removed and with
this itksnap required some fixes, directly moving to vtk-7 later on
really makes more sense, but I wonder whether vtk 6 and 7 should co
-exist in Stretch, whether we should push for updating all to vtk-7, 

As for co-maintaining - I'll see what I can do, but so far I'm only DM,
which means I will need at least sponsoring.
