I need to admit that I can not reproduce the problem

while I keep the d-shlibs maintainer in CC (and confirm that I've just
commited the 's/libf2clibf2c.so-dev/libf2c2-dev/' to d-shlibs Git) I
wonder what the real problem behind this build failure might be.
