Package: src:python-hdf5storage
Version: 0.1.13-2
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 4.9

Dear Maintainer,

Whilst python-hdf5storage builds successfully on unstable/amd64, according to
Debian Policy 4.9 packages may not attempt network access during a build.

Network access is attempted by intersphinx to fetch remote object inventories.
Local object inventories from documentation packages should be used instead.
