blitz++ is marked for autoremoval from testing

Hi folks,

is there anybody who wants to take care for blitz++. Christophe and I
are listed as Uploaders. While I think Christophe is not active any
more (Christophe, please correct me if I'm wrong) I for myself had never
any specific interest in this package. It simply came to me and I do
not have free time cycles to care any more. The only reverse depencency
is odin (maintainers in CC).

If somebody might provide a patch I might consider applying it - but I
hereby confirm that this package has very low priority for me.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
