r-cran-spdep_0.6-4-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hi,

upstream has removed the file in question in SVN.  I excluded it in the
repackaged source tarball and applied the patches needed to the
remaining files and re-uploaded.  Fast-processing would be extremely
helpful.
