Bug#812852: libvigraimpex: fail of test_multiarray_chunked on ppc64el

For this clearly is a problem on the testsuite itself which has no effect on the
usability on the package, and because it has been fixed not being a FTBFS issue
again I'm lowering the severity of this bug, so that it not blocks the package to
get into Testing.

Anyway, I'm going to fix this soon.
