Bug#819604: arduino-mk: Broken with latest pyserial

Hi,

/usr/bin/ard-reset-arduino isn't compatible with pyserial 3.0 as in
testing.  It was fixed with [1] which is in the 1.5.1 release.  Ergo,
updating to this should fix the bug
