Hello and thanks for maintaining Coin3 in Debian!

I noticed that the debian/copyright file incorrectly labels the quoted
license texts.

According to the machine-readable format specification [1], the two
quoted licenses should be labeled BSD-3-clause and Expat, respectively.

I am attaching a patch that fixes the debian/copyright file.
