The easiest way is to migrate the package to debhelper 10. Fix these
problems by migrating.
Please see 0002-10.patch.

Also, version 1.4.1 fails to build with opencv 2.x. I have created a
patch which support opencv 3.x
and 2.x. Could you check this patch?
