Team maintenance of cvxopt in Debian Science team

Hi,

I was moving cvxopt to team maintenance since the former maintainer
Soeren Sonnenburg seems to be mia.  I've got no answer after several
monthes.  Everybody in the Debian Science team is kindly invited to
contribute to this package.  I do not intend to be very active but
wanted to keep the development open for people instead of just a
sequence of NMUs.

PS: Tobias, thanks for reminding me.  However, if its about Debian
packaging I'd welcome (non-encrypted) public mails. :-)
