AFAIR, that code is nor part of opencv anymore in the new release,
so I don't know how to extract a patch and make it work on the old version.

I suspect a transition might be our best way to bring the fixed package back into
a buildable state, unfortunately I'm no the maintainer, nor I know his schedule.
