In Ubuntu, I'm still seeing autopkgtests fail, but only on s390x, with
the following message:

The value of the MCA parameter "plm_rsh_agent" was set to a path
that could not be found:

  plm_rsh_agent: ssh : rsh

We might need to put back:

export OMPI_MCA_plm_rsh_agent=/bin/false

But I will investigate further and reply to this bug.
