Bug#842677: libosmocore: FTBFS randomly (failing tests)

Dear maintainer:

I tried to build this package in stretch with "dpkg-buildpackage -A"
(which is what the "Arch: all" autobuilder would do to build it)
but it failed:

This happens randomly. Sometimes it fails, sometimes it does not.
So far I've seen the following tests to fail:

23. bssgp-fc (testsuite.at:145): FAILED (testsuite.at:149)
24. timer (testsuite.at:152): FAILED (testsuite.at:155)

I would disable those tests until we know why they fail.

(Well, there is no guarantee anywhere that the CPU performance of an
autobuilder remains constant during a package build, as the same machine
could be doing other things in parallel, so at least the timer test
could easily fail because of that).

I'm attaching five different build logs.
