Dear Maintainer,

The upload of openmpi (2.0.1-3) has triggered an uncoordinated
transition (#836917). Unfortunately your package FTBFS due to the recent
change in perl:

The attached patch adds . back to @INC if it's not present, to fix the
bfnnconv.pl failure to execute m-ascii.pl.
