I just had a build fail because of

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   r-cran-yaml : Depends: libyaml-0-2 (= 0.1.6-3) but it is not going to be installed
  Unable to resolve dependencies!  Giving up...

Please rebuild r-cran-yaml against the current version (1.7.1-) of libyaml-0-2 :

  https://packages.debian.org/sid/libyaml-0-2
