Hi Graham,

I was obviously to optimistic when crafting the test:

I admit for the moment I have no motivation to discuss this with
upstream who was not really receptive to licensing discussions in other
cases.

If nobody else would like to step in I'd rather remove the part of the
test needing rgeos.
