looking at numexpr

1. minor (could be fixed later) -- spurious addition to d/changelog

-    - better version parsing in 0002-numpy-1.12-compatibility.patch.

       Fix compatibility with numpy 1.12 (Closes: #852906)

I am not sure if -dbgsym is sufficient replacement here of python-dbg specific
builds of extensions, which e.g. allow to see python stack etc within gdb.  Or
have I missed some other news?


building now, if builds works out fine -- will upload this one
