Bug#872911: mpi-default-dev: m68k not listed in OPENMPI_AVAILABLE_ARCHITECTURES

Package: mpi-default-dev
Version: 1.8
Severity: normal

OPENMPI_AVAILABLE_ARCHITECTURES in
/usr/share/mpi-default-dev/debian_defaults does not include m68k.

But openmpi is built on m68k (since 2.1.1-1), so it should now be added.

Similarly, powerpcspe is not listed in
MPICH_AVAILABLE_ARCHITECTURES. That's consistent for the moment
(mpich 3.3~a2-2 does not currently build on powerpcspe), but it did
build until recently (3.2-7+b1 was successful). From the logs the build
failure seems to be related to the gcc7 transition.
