Now uploaded coinmp 1.8.3-2 to unstable.

Let's see.
Test succeeds at least.

Still I believe that this should be "correctly" fixed.

P.S.: Is it intended that coinutils contains /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/coindatasample.pc or is there a export COIN_SKIP_PROJECTS="Sample" missing?
