Bug#885178: python-sympy: should enhance ipython (not recommend it)

Package: python-sympy
Version: 1.1.1-2
Severity: normal

python-sympy currently recommends ipython, and transitively a range of
other packages as well, all of which seemingly relevant only for
_interactive_ use.

Package relations are directional, and it seems to me that while it
makes sense for isympy to depend on ipython, it is not sensible for
the python _library_ to (even weakly) depend on the iPython integration.

Please therefore change from "Recommends: ipython" to "Enhances: ipython".
