Please find attached a new patch proposal which I've successfully tested
against the testcase suite on amd64 and i386. Changelog below:

   * Non-maintainer upload (closes: #855130)
   * Do not ignore testcase failures
   * New patches:
     - hdf5-1.10-support.patch: fix HDF5 1.10 support
     - parallel-test-seed.patch: use the same random() seed for each MPI
       process
   * Drop patch fix-fid-type-in-medequivinfo.patch now included into
     hdf5-1.10-support.patch
