Hello,

I'm looking to package phyx, but it depends on the C++ version of the nlopt library.
While libnlopt-dev provides both the C and the C++ headers, the compiled
library only works for C++. We need separate packages for the C++ library.

I wouldn't mind making this change for you. Just let me know. I will need
it in order to continue packaging phyx (ITP set as a blocked by this).
