Bug#855615: tachyon: not binNMU safe

Source: tachyon
Version: 0.99~b6+dsx-7
Severity: serious
Hi,
tachyon was recently binNMUed on mips* as part of fixing the fallout of
the binutils symbol table bug (#844227) but unfortunately it is now
uninstallable on mips.
Multiple packages are affected, but for example the Depends line of
libtachyon-mpich-0-dev contains this on mips which is obviously
unsatisfiable:
Depends: libtachyon-dev-common (= 0.99~b6+dsx-7), libtachyon-mpich-0 (= 0.99~b6+dsx-7+b1), libtachyon-dev-common (= 0.99~b6+dsx-7+b1)
This is likely caused by the use of dh_installdocs --link-doc (see
#747141)
Thanks,
James
