Starting from tachyon 0.99~b6+dsx-7:
$ dch --bin-nmu test
$ dpkg-buildpackage -B -us -uc

Or alternatively using sbuild:
$ sbuild -m'test <test at example.com>' --make-binNMU=test --binNMU=1 tachyon_0.99~b6+dsx-7
