Dear Maintainer,

The package evolver fails to build from source on ppc64el.
That is due to problems with long double on the architecture.
I was able to build it setting the compiler to use -mabi=ieeelongdouble
but it did not work well once it was compiled.

So I just disabled the build of binary nox-ld for ppc64el.

Debdiff is attached.
