Package: libjhdf5-jni
Version: 2.11.0+dfsg-2+b1
Followup-For: Bug #848257
I am also affected by this issue, opening an HDF5 file in hdfview results works, but
none of the data is visible (as if the file was empty). I've done some testing by rolling
back the versions of various packages, and it seems that the culprit is either libjhdf5-jni
or libjhdf5-java, since installing the 2.9 version from stable of these packages makes
hdfview work again.
