Talk to the mips porters (debian-mips at lists.debian.org) and/or the gcc
maintainers (debian-gcc at lists.debian.org).  Also, if you wanted your
message to be seen by the submitter, you might want to actually send it
to them (it's not clear to whom your question was addressed...)
