1) the file is executable: remember that debhelper will try to execute
   all executable file, and then interpret the output of whatever run,
   instead of reading the file (this is a feature, commonly used with
   dh-exec, but sometimes also for something else.  You could for
   example do it for that other package where you do a loop
2) There is a spurious leading space in all lines
