Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for opencv (versioned as 2.4.9.1+dfsg-2.2) and
uploaded it to DELAYED/7. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.

This one does the full breaks thing, breaking all old packages for
which a new v5 one exists in all packages that end in v5.
