Bug#867923: do not mangle upstream version number

Upstream version number is 0.3-5, not 0.3.5.

We should stop mangling the number, to facilitate the functioning of
translation of CRAN dependencies to Debian dependencies.

This can be easily done when a new upstream version ≥ 0.4 is out.
