Upstream versioned matplotlib to 1.4 minimum, and packages in jessie
(matplotlib/1.4.2-3.1) all provide the said matplotlib._path extension
module. So, a versioned dependency should not be necessary (`cme fix`
actually drops it).

It also looks like the hurd-i386 package does ship this extension
module, so the problem is probably somewhere else.
