Bug#866044: caffe-contrib: needs a rebuild against libgflags2.2

Source: caffe-contrib
Version: 1.0.0~rc4-1
Severity: serious

Hi,

gflags changed the SONAME, so caffe-contrib needs a rebuild to pick up the
new package name. A binNMU isn't possible given caffe-contrib is in contrib.

Severity serious as the package will be removed from testing if this doesn't
happen.

Cheers,
Emilio
