Bug#862528: libcaffe-cuda-dev: libproto.a missing in libcaffe-cuda-dev

Hi,

generally a good idea, searching for libproto I ended up with a lot of "libprotobuf" results.
But this might break 3rd party software. Maybe the name change should better be done upstream.
